If you are trying to make a payment to avoid disconnection or arrange reconnection, you must call our Customer Service Team during regular business hours, Mon. Fri., 8:30am – 4:00pm to speak to a representative about your arrangements.
Failure to do this may cause an unnecessary delay in payment validation.
For your convenience we offer the following options for paying your monthly bill:
Pre-Authorized Direct Debit Options
Equal Payment Plan
An equal amount is withdrawn monthly. If you have a credit/debit balance when we settle your account annually, we will factor your balance into the calculation of your new monthly amount.
Process for reconciliation on the Equal Payment Plan:
If you have a balance owing when we settle your account annually, we will factor the balance owing into the calculation of your new monthly amount. This new draft amount will be withdrawn on your normal withdrawal date.
If you have a credit balance when we settle your account annually, we will factor the balance owing into the calculation of your new monthly amount. This new draft amount will be withdrawn on your normal withdrawal date. You may contact GSU within 10 days of the date of your reconciliation bill to request a refund.
Variable (Actual)
The amount of your current bill automatically withdrawn on the due date of your bill.
